Partner Program Terms

Version 1.0 — effective 30 July 2026. These terms supplement the general Terms of Service.

1. The Program

The MyNum Partner Program ("Program") lets approved partners earn commissions by referring customers to MyNum products (readings and daily forecast subscriptions) via personal referral links or assigned promotion codes. The Program is operated by the owner of mynum.app ("we", "us").

2. Joining

• Applications are reviewed manually. We may approve, reject, suspend or terminate any partnership at our discretion, with or without cause.
• One partner account per person or legal entity.
• You must provide accurate contact information and keep it current.

3. Commissions

• Commission rates are shown in your dashboard and may differ per partner or tier. Default: 10% of the net sale amount for one-off readings; 20% of subscription invoices for the first 12 months of each referred subscription.
• A commission is attributed when a customer purchases within 60 days of clicking your link (last click wins), or uses your assigned promotion code at checkout.
• New commissions are pending for a 30-day hold period (matching our refund window), then become available for payout.
• Refunds and chargebacks cancel the corresponding commission. If the commission was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your balance — the balance may go negative and future commissions are applied against it first ("clawback").

4. Payouts

• Minimum payout: €25. Requests are processed manually, normally within 10 business days, via the payout method configured in your dashboard.
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties and reporting obligations arising from your commissions in your jurisdiction.
• We may withhold payouts while investigating suspected fraud or Terms violations.

5. Prohibited conduct

Doing any of the following results in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and immediate termination:

• Self-referral: purchasing through your own link or code, directly or via accounts you control.
• Brand bidding: running search ads on "MyNum", "mynum.app" or misspellings, or linking ad traffic directly to our domains.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, toolbars/extensions that inject your code, or any technique attributing sales without a genuine referral.
• Spam (unsolicited email, comment/forum spam), misleading claims about MyNum, guaranteed-outcome promises, or impersonating MyNum.
• Posting assigned discount codes on public coupon aggregator sites.
• Promoting to audiences in violation of applicable law (including advertising rules for esoteric services in your market).

6. Brand usage

You may use the MyNum name, logo and marketing materials from the dashboard solely to promote MyNum truthfully. You may not register domains, social handles or apps containing our brand, or modify our creatives in misleading ways.

7. Data

You must comply with applicable privacy law (including GDPR) in your promotion. We process partner data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share customer personal data with partners; your dashboard shows aggregated conversion data only.

8. Termination

• You may leave the Program at any time; accrued legitimate commissions above the minimum will be paid out on request.
• On termination for cause (Section 5), unpaid commissions are forfeited.
• We may modify these terms with 14 days' notice via email or dashboard; continued participation constitutes acceptance.

9. Liability

The Program is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages; our total liability is limited to commissions accrued and unpaid. Nothing here creates employment, agency or joint-venture relations.
