Terms of Service

Welcome to MyNum (the "Service").

These Terms govern the use of mynum.app, the purchase of numerology readings and the MyNum Daily forecast subscription. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.

MyNum is a brand of Xprofit OÜ.

💡2. Nature of the service

The Service provides:

individual digital numerology readings;
the MyNum Daily forecast subscription;
content for self-reflection and entertainment.

Numerology numbers are calculated by our own program; the text is written by artificial intelligence and checked by automated rules.

The Service is NOT:

medical or psychological consultation;
legal or financial advice;
a prediction of future events.

Important: the content is interpretive and does not guarantee any particular outcome. The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over.

📝3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

You choose a reading, enter your birth date, name, email and (optionally) your question, accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy and pay. Before paying you can check and correct everything you entered.
The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. The contract language is the language of the site version you use (Estonian, Russian or English).
Right after payment we email you an order confirmation with the main terms of the contract: seller, service, price, your consent to immediate performance, the guarantee and how to complain. Please keep it. These Terms are always available on this page.
The reading is created automatically, usually within 10–20 minutes, and sent to your email; it is also available via the link in the email and in "My Orders".

💳4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay payments are processed by Stripe; bank-link payments (Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian banks) by EveryPay AS. You enter card and bank details directly with the payment provider; we never see or store them.

An additional reading offered in the order form is added only if you tick it yourself; its price is shown next to it.

⚖️5. Right of withdrawal for readings

Under Estonian law a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days (Law of Obligations Act, VÕS § 56). For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium the right of withdrawal ends once performance has begun, if all three conditions are met (VÕS § 53 lg 4 p 7¹):

you expressly asked us to start preparing the reading before the withdrawal period ends — the checkbox in the order form;
you confirmed that you know you lose the right of withdrawal once the reading has been delivered to you — the same checkbox;
we sent you a confirmation on a durable medium — the order confirmation email.

If any of these conditions is not met, you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract by writing to info@mynum.app; we refund the payment within 14 days.

Regardless of this, the voluntary satisfaction guarantee in section 6 applies.

💛6. Satisfaction guarantee (voluntary, in addition to the law)

If a reading you bought is not for you, write to info@mynum.app within 14 days of receiving it and we refund the payment in full. No reason needed. The guarantee applies to one-time readings, one refund per person. The money returns to the same payment method within 5–10 banking days. The guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.

🔁7. MyNum Daily subscription

Plans and price: Starter €0.99, Basic €2.99, Premium €4.99 per month, VAT included. The fee is charged monthly in advance to your card until you cancel.
Free trial: 14 days with a card — nothing is charged today, the first charge is made when the trial ends unless you cancel before; we send a reminder by email before the first charge. Or 5 days without a card — the trial simply ends, there is nothing to cancel; you can add a card later to continue. One trial without a card per email address.
Cancellation: at any time in the subscription settings (the link is in every forecast email). After cancellation the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid and is not renewed. A period that has started is not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal and in the case of errors on our side.
Right of withdrawal: you may withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason. Use the "I withdraw from the contract" button in the subscription settings (then "I confirm withdrawal"), or write to info@mynum.app. We confirm receipt by email with the date and time. The subscription stops immediately and everything charged under it is refunded in full within 14 days.
Price changes: we notify you in advance; a new price applies from the next billing period, and you may cancel before then.
Failed payment: Stripe retries the charge; if it still fails, the subscription stops.

🛠️8. Conformity and complaints

If a reading or forecast is not delivered, is incomplete or does not match its description, write to info@mynum.app. We are liable for a lack of conformity of digital content under the Law of Obligations Act: you may require us to deliver it properly, reduce the price or refund the payment. We reply within 1–2 business days.

If we cannot resolve the dispute together, you may apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority: ttja.ee. The procedure is free of charge for consumers.

©️9. Intellectual property

Texts, algorithms, visual materials and the structure of the Service belong to Xprofit OÜ. You receive a personal right to read and keep your readings and forecasts.

Not allowed:

reselling or distributing readings;
publishing them as your own content.

🔒10. Personal data and emails

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. Stripe and EveryPay receive only the data needed for payment.

Emails about your order or subscription are part of the service. After an order we may send you emails about our services; you can refuse them in the order form and unsubscribe from any such email with one click.

⚖️11. Liability

Xprofit OÜ is not liable for decisions you make based on a reading, for your interpretation of it, for indirect damage, or for an email not reaching you because of your email provider. These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence and do not restrict your rights as a consumer.

🤝12. Affiliate program

You can join the affiliate program and receive a commission from sales. The conditions are described in the "Affiliate Program" section.

📝13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. A new version applies to orders placed after its publication; orders already placed follow the version in force when they were placed.

🏛️14. Applicable law

Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
